Welcome to the Cambridge IGCSE® First Language English Workbook. This book is designed to complement the fourth edition of the Student’s Book and to provide additional exercises to help you develop and practise the skills and concepts you are learning during your course. Links to the relevant chapters in the Student’s Book can be found in the contents list as well as at the start of each section. Each section contains a range of practice exercises with questions that follow the style of those from Papers 1 and 2 of the Cambridge examination. These will help you develop your skills and practise applying them to a range of questions, and also help you in your preparation for examination by becoming familiar with the types of questions.
